I bought everyone in my immediate family a copy of the book E-Squared this Christmas as Stocking stuffers. We spent Christmas morning doing Experiment #3 The Alby Eisenstein Experiment. My family is split, half are engineers and the other half are Healthcare Professionals. Everyone loved it!!! And it was truly unbelievable.  We concluded - If THOUGHTS can have that impact on the matter outside of you.... just think of the impact that THOUGHTS have on the inside of you.
